INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED TRAINING FOR IMPROVED TEACHING SKILLS
A teacher's role extends far beyond the classroom. Each teacher is carefully selected after a rigorous selection process that includes tests and interviews. They are specially trained to do so through a series of training programmes. One of these is the In-Service Teaching Programme. It provides solutions to matters related to curriculam, content and technology; it develops individual teaching styles; and it helps teachers to assess themselves using feedback from student's colleagues and the management.
ENABLING A SECURE FUTURE AS FACILITATORS
The CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test)
The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to the CBSE board. The board follows a strict policy to ensure that the CTET is the minimum qualification required to be appointed as a teacher. The reasons for this are:
To ensure that the best, most qualified teachers feature largely in the recruitment process.
To encourage the founding of more educational institutions that cater to teachers.
To send a positive signal to stakeholders about the importance given by the Government to teaching quality.
The CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation)
The CCE refers to a system of evaluation that covers all aspects of student development. It has a two-fold agenda: to ensure continuity in general assessments and to monitor behavioural outcomes that result from those assessments. The evaluation covers academic and social outcomes, generic skills, discipline-specific knowledge and inter-personal skills. It not only monitors the student's progress, it also determines the effectiveness of teaching material and methods.
Our teaching aids consist of well thought out lesson and activity plans to facilitate student interest and engagement. The uniformity of our teaching methodologies across the schools also ensure a uniform learning outcome.
An Optimised Workload
Workloads are carefully planned and divided to ensure teachers are consistently committed to both their work and their students.
